WHY:
Our phones (and other screens for some) have become our single biggest source of distraction. We aren't just disconnected from each other; we’re increasingly allowing our devices to impact our relationship with God and the most important people in our lives. We are taking four weeks to intentionally say "no" to our screens to say a more intentional "yes" to God and the people around us.
WHEN:
Date: March 8 - April 4
Although you are not required to attend Equip to participate in the Digital Detox, our Equip Workshop will be on the topic of Living Tech-Wise in a Digital Age. The Equip will be on March 7 from 8:30-11:50 AM. More info HERE.
WHO:
The Digital Fast experience (workbook, weekly discussion) is designed for adults, high school students, and most middle school students. Participate as an individual, family, or small group—everyone is welcome!

As you do, below are the recommendations from The Digital Fast workbook.
